Shen Junru's rare five laws, the jaw link is a pun, and the tail link is more significant

Since ancient times, poets have liked to express their praise and criticism in their hearts. For example, Zheng Banqiao's "Bamboo Stone" highlights the poet's generous, positive and optimistic spirit. And Yuan Ming's "Moss" also celebrates the noble qualities of those who are in adversity but have never lost the courage to grow.

Although many literati in ancient times actively chanted and enthusiastically praised, they were generally limited to the exploration of personal potential and the expression of the gains and losses and sorrows of the ego. In modern times, the poetry of a talented man has a broad realm, and the following introduces a rare five-law poem by Shen Junru, a pun on the jaw link, and a tail link that is more significant.

Suge Leshan Yong Red Cuckoo

Author: Shen Junru

A clump of red cuckoos, when the window color is self-conscious.

The cliffs are cold and rainy, and the trees are far away from the smoke.

It is suspected that there is wartime blood, such as the old passage of Yindu.

Listen more to the sub-rules birds, crying to break the dawn to the sky.

Shen Junru, Zi Bingfu, Hengshan, a native of Jiaxing, Zhejiang, Xu Zhimo is his cousin nephew. He participated in the Xinhai Revolution in his early years, and in 1935 he took the lead in responding to the call of the anti-Japanese national united front and actively carried out anti-Japanese rescue activities, and was later arrested by the Kuomintang reactionaries as one of the famous "Seven Gentlemen".

Shen Junru has been intelligent since childhood, and he was a talent in the 15-year-old examination and a 25-year-old who took the township examination. The following year, he took the temple examination and was given the title of a jinshi. He was deeply influenced by his family environment from an early age and influenced his life. In the late Qing Dynasty, the people suffered deep hardships, which stimulated his patriotic passion; after the Sino-Japanese War, the Chinese nation saw more and more foreign troubles. During this period, he wrote many poems, all of which expressed the sorrow of the country and the cynicism.

The poem was written in 1941, when Chongqing was often bombed by Japanese aircraft, but even so, the Kuomintang reactionaries stepped up their efforts to arrest a large number of activists. The poet once stayed here and found a lot of brilliant rhododendrons, so he wrote poems praising the wind god of the red azaleas, and implicitly criticized the incompetence of the Kuomintang authorities at that time to defend the land, but instead slaughtered the soldiers of the New Fourth Army who insisted on resisting the war.

Gele Mountain is a market town in the western suburbs of Chongqing, famous for the ruins of Peidu and the White Mansion, the Slag Cave, and there are many wild azaleas. The first link is titled, describing the delicacy of the red cuckoo, "A clump of red cuckoos, when the window color is self-effacing." "There is a clump of red cuckoos in front of the window, they are brightly colored, they open proudly in no one's land, and they naturally form a beautiful color.

Rhododendrons are also known as Yingshan red, and the flower color is mostly red. The flowers bloomed in front of the window, attracting the attention of the poet and making him a little worried, "The cold drip rain on the cliff, the smoke that brings the trees far away." "The mist of the rhododendrons hanging upside down from the cliffs condenses into droplets of water on the petals; the rhododendrons that grow near the trees are shrouded in a light fog.

In such a cold environment, the flowers will soon wither and wither, and the poet even worries that he may not see these delicate flowers when he wakes up the next morning. The poet uses this metaphor for the harsh environment of the time, euphemistically describing the various crises encountered by the revolutionaries.

The neck link expressed praise, "Suspected wartime blood, such as the old chanting." "The red color of the rhododendron contains the blood of the anti-Japanese soldiers and civilians, which is a metaphor for the soldiers of the New Fourth Army who were unfortunately killed in the Anhui Incident.

The poet also said that his mood was similar to that of Du Fu when he wrote the poem. Du Lao's chapter refers to Du Fu's "Spring Hope", which has famous sentences such as "the country breaks the mountains and rivers, and the flowers splash tears when feeling".

Although the situation is grim, in the end the author still places hope in the future, "listening more to the birds and crying the dawn." "The Zizhi bird, also known as the cuckoo bird, the ancient legend that after the Shu Emperor Wang was assassinated and died, his soul turned into a cuckoo bird, and the cry was miserable.

In the untitled poem of the Tang Dynasty poet Li Shangyin, there was" Wangdi Chunxin to Cuckoo". Yishan has been bullied all his life, and he has no ambition, he laments that a lifetime of hard work and hardship is just a tragic dream in the end. However, the poet took this opportunity to mourn the slain soldiers of the New Fourth Army, and firmly believed that the dawn would eventually break, which was of more positive significance.

Shen Junru's Five Laws language is simple and sincere. The poet stayed at Mount Gele and stumbled upon the brilliant blooming azaleas, which were in a harsh and barren environment without complaint. Although it is self-destructive and no one appreciates, it still has natural beauty.

The middle two are particularly wonderful, not only showing the noble quality of the flowers with smoke in the air, but also praising the heroic sons and daughters who have sacrificed their lives for the country. The tail link sublimated the poetry, and those blue blood Dan hearts turned into cuckoo birds, crying out the dawn and making tomorrow full of hope. Such a masterpiece, how can future generations of readers not praise and applaud it!
