Zhu Lilun's policy program includes "seeking common ground and respecting differences", and Hao Longbin and Chen Zhenxiang are the chairman of the presidium of the Central Committee

The National Congress of the Chinese Kuomintang adopted the "policy program" of the new chairman Zhu Lilun, which continued the provisions of the party constitution and party program in the cross-strait policy, including adhering to the "1992 Consensus" and "opposing Taiwan independence," deleting the words "maintaining the status quo of non-unity, independence, and non-force" in the era of former chairmen Ma Ying-jeou and Wu Dunyi, and for the first time including Zhu Lilun's "seeking common ground and respecting differences."

Zhu Lilun's policy program includes "seeking common ground and respecting differences", and Hao Longbin and Chen Zhenxiang are the chairman of the presidium of the Central Committee

In addition, the NPC also approved the list of chairmen of the presidium of the Central Committee of the Chinese People's Congress, and Zhu Lilun hired Hao Longbin, Chen Zhenxiang, Zhou Xiwei, Wu Bizhu, Qiu Jingchun, Liu Zhenghong and others. Zhu Lilun recently hired Li Qianlong as chairman of the presidium of the Central Committee of the Chinese People's Congress, and also hired Xie Longjie, Huang Kuibo, and Ye Qingyuan as the central judges.

The KMT will continue the contents of the past party constitution and party program, including the 2005 "Five Visions of LianHu" and the basic principles of Ma Ying-jeou's 8-year administration, push the two sides of the strait to move from "seeking common ground while reserving differences" to "seeking common ground while reserving differences" on the pragmatic basis of the "1992 Consensus," and carry out various tasks conducive to the peaceful and stable development of the two sides of the strait.

In addition, the platform calls for stabilizing cross-strait relations in order to strengthen Taiwan's economy, promote the restoration of cross-strait institutional consultations, and rebuild the dispute settlement mechanism; at the same time, it is necessary to increase multiple dialogue mechanisms through the "cross-strait forum" and various exchange platforms; and declares that it is necessary to actively play a responsible and caring for the rights and interests of Taiwan compatriots on the mainland, and strengthen the function of Taiwan businessmen's service center.

In addition, the Kuomintang National Congress today also passed an amendment to the party constitution to cancel the distinction between the "designated central standing committee" in the past and the "ruling" and "non-ruling" periods under the premise that the overall number of seats on the Central Standing Committee will remain unchanged, so as to attract more people from professional fields to participate in the Central Standing Committee. In addition, new residents have been added to the category of vulnerable security places for central committee members.

The original party constitution stipulates that there are 6 to 11 members of the "designated central standing committee", and during the "non-ruling" period, the party chairman designates 4 party members or county mayors, the general head of the youth league and the president of the youth trade union federation, and during the "ruling" period, the party chairman may designate 5 additional party and administrative officials to serve.
