He played for the Knicks for 11 seasons, including missing the 69-70 championship season due to surgery, but in 1973 he won the championship with the Knicks again. In 1978, he was traded to the Nets and retired after two seasons there.
In his 13-year career, he played 807 games, averaging 6.7 points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.1 assists per game.
