Asking price 8.95 million! Hugh Grant's bachelor apartment in South Kensington is listed for sale

Recently, Hugh Grant, who has starred in "Doom", "Notting Hill" and "Paddington Bear 2", once lived in a single apartment for sale for £8.95 million.

With a rooftop hot tub and a huge 1500 sq ft terrace, this mansion is located in South Kensington, UK.

It is said that during the filming of True Love like Fire in 2002, Hugh Grant lived in the three-bedroom apartment.

Just a year later, he sold the property for £3.5 million, £250,000 more than he had previously paid.

The house has been on sale in the years since Hugh Grant sold the mansion, most recently in 2019, when the house was sold for £10 million or rented out for £6,500 a week.

Located on the seventh floor of a modern neighborhood, this apartment is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows. The apartment was thought to be too conspicuous for Grant, who had never liked to be in the limelight.

This apartment features a rooftop hot tub, a gym, two guest rooms and a 600-square-foot master bedroom suite.

In 2019, Hugh Grant bought a townhouse in Chelsea for £17.5 million, where he currently lives with his wife Anna Eberstein and their three children.

The actor's property also reportedly includes a villa in his wife's hometown of Sweden, as well as a £10 million home in Notting Hill.
