After the report, Deputy Procurator General Sun Qian fully affirmed the work achievements of the Xi'an Municipal Procuratorate and recognized the Beilin District Procuratorate's practice of implementing summary procedures in the detention center. He stressed: First, it is necessary to give full play to the role of procuratorial organs in the construction of a "rule of law China."
