In order to help the new batch of Volunteers of the Northern Jiangsu Plan fully understand the policies and management methods of the Northern Jiangsu Plan and adapt to the later work faster, in mid-July, the Youth League District Committee launched the 2021 Northern Jiangsu Program Volunteer Welcome Party. Comrade Yu Sinong, secretary of the Youth League District Committee, Comrade Shen Jie, deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee, leaders in charge of relevant towns (streets) and heads of the League (Work) Committee attended the meeting, and the outstanding volunteers in 2020 and the volunteers of the 2021 Northern Jiangsu Plan attended the meeting. Always take learning as the eternal theme, familiarize yourself with the various processes of grass-roots work as soon as possible, and strive to become a "generalist" of grass-roots work, so that your ideals and life values will bloom in the grass-roots level.

The third is to hope that everyone will carry forward the spirit of dedication and serve local development. It is necessary to vigorously carry forward the volunteer spirit of "dedication, fraternity, mutual assistance, and progress," devote all our bodies and minds to the tide of economic and social development, and truly contribute our youth and strength to local economic and social development.
