"Valley of the Wind" reminds the world with a new painting style and a warm story. Compared with ordinary animation films, "Valley of the Wind" can be called a heroic epic with a grand structure, serious theme and magnificent imagination in an animation film, presenting a grand and complete world view, although it is fictional, it is rigorously scientific and real. The unique worldview and human values in the play profoundly influenced the direction of Japanese animation for more than a decade.

Parker and the pirates succeed in rescuing Hilda, and at the same time, they discover the military's evil plans. In order to stop the implementation of the military's evil plan, they embark on a journey with the pirates in search of Rabida.
The film depicts the landscape of the world of the era in which the story takes place almost perfectly, a little science fiction, a little mythological, and a bit of a taste of the European Industrial Revolution, such as the old train on the elevated rail, the dark mine, the airship, the robot like clay sculpture, and so on. The intense plot runs through the film, but the blue sky and thick white clouds make the sharp conflict more intriguing. The expression of the characters is not based on the lines but on the specific actions of the characters, so that the characters' personalities are more profound.

to describe the story of orphans of war victims. The depiction of hunger is very vivid and can be said to have similarities with the incident of eating human flesh. Hunger breeds all sorts of love-hate feelings and distrust of people. The atmosphere of the war era that is no longer visible. Rice, vegetables, watermelons, and other foods seen with hungry eyes are all high-grade products. This is a rare setback and lesson that only a defeated Japan can learn.
