In the process of promoting the "Firefly" project, the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau pays attention to groups in society such as zero-employment families, people with employment difficulties, and low-income families in urgent need of employment care, and implements the "Dream Well-off Employment Voucher" system. After in-depth investigation and strict review, each street and town shall establish a data base book of persons with special difficulties to be employed, and then contact enterprises to clarify recruitment needs and accurately match posts.
