The purchase price totaled 322 yuan, and the sales price totaled 560 yuan.
According to the appraisal of Hermès (Shanghai) Trading Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Jingcui Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd., the above products are all counterfeits, constituting trademark infringement. The store operator did not check the source and legality of the purchased products, nor did it explain the information of the provider of the above-mentioned infringing goods and obtain relevant supporting materials, and its behavior was suspected of constituting the sale of goods that infringed the exclusive right to use the registered trademark.
