Sun treasure: Sanxingdui newly excavated cultural relics on display
Located at 30° north latitude, sanxingdui site is the largest, longest-lasting and most culturally rich ancient culture, ancient city and ancient country site found in the southwest region so far, and the Sanxingdui culture is an important representative of the world's bronze civilization more than 3,000 years ago, showing the diversity and richness of ancient Shu culture, and is an important witness to the long history, profoundness and diversity of Chinese civilization.
Sanxingdui, which shocked the world in 1986, "woke up again" 35 years later. The dazzling gold masks, strange bronzes, the first-ever discovered silk fabrics, and the newly discovered six sacrificial pits are full of dazzling sights, allowing the eyes of the world to refocus on this. In May, archaeologists found a bronze standing figure in the south of Pit 3. This bronze figure, no more than 20 centimeters tall, wears a pointed crown, protruding eyes, and an exaggerated face, which at first glance looks very much like Ultraman. Zhou Shihui, deputy director of the Exhibition Department of Chuanbo Exhibition, introduced that this cultural relic is very exaggerated in shape, the face and body language are extremely tense, showing the characteristics of the Bashu bronze civilization, and it is not easy to exhibit in Chuanbo.
Exploration: Bronze feast in the Yangtze River Basin
Xie Dan, vice president and chief curator of the Sichuan Museum, shared the reasons for the exhibition.

In the exhibition hall, the cultural relics excavated from the Sanxingdui ruins, Jinsha ruins, Fuling Xiaotianxi Warring States Cemetery, Panlong Shangcheng Ruins, Xingan Oceania Shang Tombs, Suizhou Zenghou Cemetery, Jingzhou Chuwang Cemetery and other excavated cultural relics, as well as representative cultural relics such as wuwang Fuchai sword and bronze dove staff in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River were collectively unveiled. The exhibited cultural relics are quite precious, numerous and rich in variety, and together they paint a magnificent picture of the Bronze Age in the Yangtze River Basin.
In addition, the exhibition space takes the water vein and water color of the Yangtze River as the element, supplemented by the design of the form of smart lines, creating a grand momentum of "endless Yangtze River rolling in"; the color atmosphere is based on the water rhyme of the Yangtze River, and in each part and unit of the exhibition, it is supplemented by different colors, symbolizing the iconic geographical and cultural characteristics of each region, creating a visual atmosphere of seeking common ground while reserving differences and multi-integration.
Social education: A number of big names brought academic lectures
The exhibition is the expression of scholarship, and the academic is the starting point of the exhibition. Although many national treasures gather in Chuanbo, this exhibition is not an ordinary "treasure exhibition", but after displaying exquisite cultural relics, experts are invited to interpret them academically.
