Forcing myself, "The Postman Always Rings the Bell Twice" when reading (pages 1-50) Why did you choose this book?

I haven't read much for a long time, I think about it for a while, and the next time I look at it, I often can't remember what I watched last time. After not reading books for a long time, I always feel as if something is missing in my head.

Can't take notes, didn't have the habit of taking notes before, couldn't write after reading, couldn't review books, and now all I can do is think of what to write, can't think of anything or have ideas but can't write out and record some sentences (suddenly find myself a little stupid).

This time, I decided to push myself harder, read some every day, don't ask for more, and focus on being able to stick to it.

Most of the books in the family were started two years ago, and this time I was determined to stick to it, so I chose one that was not thick first.

In one is because this is a detective novel (to be precise, a tough guy detective novel), there is a relative desire to read, because I always want to know the development of the story, although I read the introduction, but the details are still more attractive.

Douban scored 7.6 and has been made into movies four times. The story is based on a murder of a husband in tabloids in 1927.

At first, I felt that the pace was quite fast, a young and handsome tramp and the boss's wife did not say a few words, and within a few days began to fall in love, or love to the point of not caring about anything.

Only you and I are the most important, right? It's not you or me wandering around or doing anything else, it's only you and me who are the most important.

This is what the boss's wife said, if you just look at this sentence, I will think that this is very simple sentient drinking, I can have nothing, there is enough with you, we are good together.

But in the book, it seems to be a hint, and then they plan the first murder, but it fails, and the boss is hospitalized with a broken skull.

While the boss was hospitalized, they had a pleasant week and also planned for two people to elope together, but failed again. Because the boss's wife doesn't want to live a wandering life or live in a messy dirty place.

When the two were first together, the boss's wife said something like, "If you work in a cheap little restaurant in Los Angeles for two years, you'll promise to marry the first person you meet with a gold watch." ”

So this also paved the way for the two men's murder plans.
