IT House February 25 news Game company BioWare announced on its official website yesterday that it will permanently stop the development of "Anthem" 2.0, but the game server of "Anthem" will continue to operate normally.

Game producer Christian Dailey wrote in the announcement:
2020 was a year of difference, however, despite some progress on all of our game projects, our productivity suffered a major blow due to the impact of the pandemic and had to stop developing Anthem 2.0.
I know it will disappoint the fans, as will our colleagues who have put in a lot of effort for it.
For me personally, Anthem is the reason I came to BioWare, it's the most challenging and rewarding job of my career over the past two years.
Christian Dailey concluded by saying that in the future, they will devote more energy to the development of new works for Mass Effect and Dragon Age, and will also provide higher quality updates for Star Wars: The Old Republic.
