According to reports from Russia's "Izvestia Newspaper", REN-TV TV, Channel 5 TV and other media reports, a man in Dubna, Moscow Oblast, Russia, confused a passerby with the murderer of his brother and shot the passerby, who has now been arrested by the police.

The man, Leonid Vasileenko, was born in 1996. He told law enforcement officials that he had previously been looking for his brother's killer and seeking revenge. On the day of the incident, Vasileenko tracked the killer, confused the murderer with a passerby who was rushing to work, shot him in the head, and killed him.

According to the report, Vasilienko has now been arrested by the police. Authorities are investigating the case.
