Takuya Kimura posted an announcement that the new film will start
1905 Movie Network News On January 8, Takuya Kimura posted on social platforms announcing the official launch of the sequel to the movie "Masquerade Hotel", "Kamen Night". He said that although the release of the emergency declaration brought a lot of tension, he would be fully focused on his work.
Adapted from Keigo Higashino's "Masquerade Series" third film, Masquerade Night, the film will follow the original team of "Masquerade Hotel", directed by Masayuki Suzuki, starring Takuya Kimura and Masami Nagasawa. The story takes place three years after the "Masquerade Hotel" incident, when Kosuke Nitta (Takuya Kimura) once again sneaks into the hotel because of the murder case and meets Naomi Yamagishi (Masami Nagasawa).
Currently, the film is scheduled to be released in Japan on September 21, 2021.
