On October 30, the National Centre for the Performing Arts issued the "Announcement on the Cancellation of Recent Performances and Activities", which pointed out that in accordance with the relevant requirements of the epidemic prevention and control work in Beijing, in order to effectively protect the health and safety of the audience and reduce gatherings, the National Centre for the Performing Arts will cancel the relevant performances and activities from October 30 to November 11.

The cancelled performances include 20 performances from the National Centre for the Performing Arts version of the classic national opera "The Party's Daughter" on October 30, the excellent opera performance on November 11, and the drama, concert and film screening. Cancellations include "Into the World of Records" held at the Art Information Centre on October 30 and November 6. In addition, on November 11, the "Amazing Dream" trilogy of "Stage" directed and starring Chen Peisi, which is scheduled to be staged at the opera house, and the Puccini opera "Jani Skiki" produced by the National Centre for the Performing Arts, which is scheduled to be staged at the theater, are all in a state of pending.

Prior to this, on the evening of October 29, in order to do a good job in epidemic prevention in the core area of the capital, from now until November 14, eight performance projects held by Beijing Tianqiao Art Center, including the drama "Diary of a Madman", the musical "Orphan of Zhao" and "Rachmaninoff", will be postponed, while the dance theater "Dance for the People" - "Dance Classic" will be cancelled.

Beijing Poly Theater decided to cancel Li Zongsheng's musical "When Love Is a Thing of the Past", which was scheduled for October 30-31, 2021.

The National Theatre of China also cancelled the October 30-31 drama "The Age of Heroes" and the November 11-14 drama "The Gate of the Great Mansion". The China Children's Art Theatre cancelled the two plays "Little Tadpole Finds Mother" and "China in the Pocket", which were staged in the China Children's Theater and holiday classic small theater on October 30-31 and November 6-7.

For the same reasons as above, the Gulou West Theater released the news that all performances such as gathering activities from now until November 14 were suspended, and the postponement projects included October 30, gulou west theater reading meeting vol.41; November 4-7, the poetry drama "Careiro"; November 12-14, the activities and performances of the drama "Wild Duck".
