"Public Servant" is a 1984 Hong Kong police film, written and directed by Lee Siu-yin, and starring with Eddie. With this film, Lee Won the 21st Golden Horse Awards and the 4th Hong Kong Film Awards for Best Actor, becoming the "Emperor of Double Film".
