The Jack Russell Terrier is a lively, energetic, and gregarious working dog breed. Originally bred to catch European red foxes above and underground, they were able to enter fox nests for expulsion and track prey underground due to their swift movements, small and soft breasts. Although it is responsive and aggressive, it is very affectionate towards its owner most of the time.
(Coarse-haired Jack Russell Terrier)
The markings on the Jack Russell Terrier are very distinctive, with scattered black, yellow, or brown patches on the white undertone. According to the coat, it can be divided into coarse hair species and flat hair species, where the coat of coarse hair species is coarse and long, and the coat of flat hair species is short and flat. It does not exceed 40 cm in height, and it is common to be slightly smaller and less than 30 cm tall, and 8 kg is the standard value for their weight.

The American Staffordshire Terrier is a cross between a bulldog and a terrier, originally called a bulldog, a bull terrier hybrid, and sometimes a fighting dog or bull terrier. As early as 1870, the dogs appeared in the United States, where they were known by the names of fighting dogs and bull terriers, later known as the American Bull Terrier, and later known as the Jacques Terrier.

(Originated in the British Stafford Bull Terrier)
In 1936, the dog was registered as a Stafford Terrier in the AKC's genealogy. It was renamed the American Stafford Terrier on January 1, 1972, because a new type of Stafford Terrier was developed that was different from the Stafford Bull Terrier in England, and a new name was given to distinguish the two.
