Ejingping, who held the post from May 1997 to May 2001, was previously the director of the Haihe River Water Conservancy Commission, and Ejingping later became minister of water resources, and in March this year he served in the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
Li Guoying served as director of the Yellow River Water Conservancy Commission and secretary of the party group from May 2001 to March 2011, and after leaving office, he served as vice minister of the Ministry of Water Resources for several years before parachuting into Anhui. In February 2021, Li Guoying, who was the governor of Anhui Province, returned to Beijing to take up the post of new minister of water resources.

Yue Zhongming, male, born in March 1961, 60 years old, Han ethnicity, Hubei Jianli people, joined the Communist Party of China in November 1987, joined the work in November 1981. He graduated from the Department of Hydropower Engineering of Wuhan University of Water Resources and Electric Power with a master's degree in hydraulic structure and is a professor-level senior engineer.
