【Homemade fish balls】
Ingredients: Net fish meat (live blue fish, fresh bass and eels are available) 250 g, salt 15 g, white pepper 3 g, water 250 g, green onion and ginger to taste.
method:

7 Take a part of the soup of boiled fish balls and bring to a boil, add spinach and fish balls, add an appropriate amount of salt to taste, turn off the heat after boiling, and drizzle a little lard or sesame oil.
