I also tried swimming from deep water to shallow water, and my friends followed behind. But when he saw the bottom of the pool, the fear in his heart quickly captured his whole body like an electric current, and his hands and feet softened. Just such a short distance of ten meters, I actually panicked several times to the brain is blank, the action also stopped from time to time, fortunately, the heart kept pumping myself, not to choke on the water struggle, and finally the whole person finally swam to the shallow water, the heart is still very afraid.

After that, my friends have always encouraged me to leave the pool and swim from the shallow water to the deep water, and promised to accompany me behind, so that I can relax and relax. In the end, I didn't dare to try.

1, naturally afraid of water

Being in the water and not being able to breathe freely is a natural fear for many people, and I am one of them. Similar to the fear of heights, but may be more powerful than the fear of heights, after all, there will indeed be accidents in deep water, and when fear of heights, as long as you know that you are still in a safe place, you can calm down.

Some may be able to overcome this fear, but some cannot overcome it anyway; some of them do it quickly, while others take longer to get used to it.

I don't know if I'll be able to overcome it in the end, but I'll still be willing to try it if I have the courage.

2. The swimming skills are not skilled enough

Although you can swim now, but the action can not be said to be very skilled, the number and duration of swimming is not very much, so you should spend more time practicing in the shallow water, when the movement is skilled enough to form muscle memory, you can instinctively react when you get to the water, then face the deep water may not be so afraid.

Therefore, my next goal is to practice more in the shallow waters, swim more skillfully, and improve my swimming skills as much as possible.

3. Lack of physical strength

I myself am a person with poor physical strength, running 800 meters is only barely passed, and after running it feels like there is only half a life left, plus breathing in the water is far less relaxed than on land, so I feel that the physical exertion in the water is faster, and I am always worried about swimming in the deep water and swimming without physical strength, resulting in choking or even drowning. However, in the end, it is still not enough to swim, and when the swimming skills are good enough, I believe that I will definitely control the rhythm of swimming according to my physical strength.
