Lin Liguo (1945 – September 13, 1971), son of Lin Biao, was born in 1945. In March 1971, Lin Liguo presided over the formulation of the armed coup plan "Minutes of the 571" Project, and plotted to kill Chairman Mao. After the murder plot failed, in the early morning of September 13, Lin Liguo, Lin Biao and Ye Qun forcibly fled by plane at Shanhaiguan Airport, and the plane crashed and fell to his death near Öndörkhaan, Mongolia.
