On October 27, Lin Zhipeng, secretary of the Yangquan Youth League Municipal Committee, Tian Ling and Shang Guanyu, deputy secretaries of the Yangquan Youth Activity Center, Hou Ying, director of the Yangquan Youth Activity Center, Wang Zhifeng, head of the Youth Development Department of the Youth League Municipal Committee, and Wang Jiangtao, secretary of the Youth League Committee of Yangquan City, visited the Fenghua base for study. Wei Bo, deputy director-level cadre of Jincheng Youth League Municipal Committee, and Yuan Xuebin, head of Jincheng Youth Activity Center, accompanied the inspection.
Jinqing World Youth Practical Education Fenghua Base is the second youth practical education base entrusted by the Jincheng Youth Activity Center of the Communist Youth League. The base adheres to the principle of Lide tree people, people-oriented, pays attention to the interest development and healthy growth of children and teenagers, and has built four parks for the physical and mental development characteristics and needs of students in primary and secondary schools. In recent years, the base has carried out 15 comprehensive practical education activities around traditional Chinese culture, local intangible cultural heritage, maker education, etc., covering 4120 young people.
The delegation visited the teaching area, office area, and accommodation area of the base, deeply understood the overall planning and layout, infrastructure construction and teaching management of the base, personally experienced the projects such as pot throwing, hand-knitting, VR, etc., and gave a positive evaluation to the development of the base.
Subsequently, the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on actively promoting out-of-school education and the development of the Youth Palace during the discussion. Hou Xinzhen, executive director of Fenghua Base, introduced the construction concept and operation experience of the base in detail. Director Hou Ying shared with everyone the development status, special projects and staffing of Yangquan Youth Activity Center.
Finally, the two sides said that they would further strengthen communication and exchanges, learn from each other, jointly improve the service ability and management level of the Youth Palace, and jointly promote the great development of youth out-of-school education.
