In Comrade Chen Qiang's work, he has never seen anyone who has any negative feelings about him, let alone heard of reports or complaints. Treating "bitter things" as "pleasures", witty humor and tolerance and generosity are his greatest strengths. Once, a colleague had an argument while correcting a driver's violation, causing a crowd to watch. Chen Qiang relied on his rich experience in the masses, using witty dialect slang and humorous metaphors, a few words eased the atmosphere, so that both sides turned angry into laughter, the surrounding crowd quickly dispersed, and finally the driver apologized with a red face and accepted the punishment with a happy heart.
In his daily work, he is responsible for the largest traffic flow section in the jurisdiction, he and his colleagues in addition to the normal road patrol every day to ensure smooth, but also shoulder the task of primary school nursing, every day he and his colleagues have to escort students across the road safely, whether it is windy or snowy, he will appear at the school gate on time to escort the students, the children shouted "Thank you uncle policeman!" "It was the best consolation for him."
He said that being able to help others in ordinary posts and hear a "thank you" makes him feel valuable, which is his greatest satisfaction!
