Under the leadership of Huang Xiaoyun, acting director of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress, the inspection team and their party successively inspected the anti-narcotics demonstration and publicity base in Guanyuanwei downstairs in Jiaotou Town and the community drug rehabilitation (rehabilitation) service center in Shuitou Town. Lin Jichu, deputy director of the Fogang County Public Security Bureau, and Zhu Qunxiang, director of the Supervision and Judicial Work Committee of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress, attended the inspection activities.

New results have been achieved in the anti-narcotics work

At the beginning of this year, Fogang organized the county's 2021 anti-drug work conference, focusing on preventing and resolving various drug-related risks, coordinating and promoting the "three major tasks" of anti-drug key rectification, demonstration creation and rural drug control, improving the drug problem governance system, and promoting the anti-drug work in Fogang to achieve new results.

It is understood that Fogang County has continuously improved the control of drug addicts. The 11 police stations in the county are equipped with hair detection preliminary screening instruments, and this year, hair testing has been carried out on key industry groups. Carry out special actions for safe care, and in accordance with the requirements of the National Narcotics Control Office's "safe care" work deployment, conduct information verification of the current situation of all registered drug addicts in the county, effectively prevent social rehabilitation and social welfare personnel from getting out of the pipe, and strictly prevent drug addicts from causing trouble.

In order to promote the in-depth and effective development of the work of banning seeds and eradicating drugs in Fogang County, in March this year, the "2021 Fogang County Banned Seed Eradication Work Plan" was formulated and issued, requiring all towns and major member units to form a special anti-seed and eradication work team, invest special work funds, equip them with necessary equipment for eradicating drugs, formulate a year-round inspection work plan for their own units and departments, and normalize the anti-seed eradication and drug eradication and investigation actions to achieve the goal of "zero planting" of original drug plants, ensuring "zero yield" and "zero drug production". All towns and major member units have carried out anti-planting and eradication of narcotics in accordance with the requirements of normalization, and this year have carried out manual field inspections and unmanned aerial vehicle inspections in more than 200 sensitive areas of 90 villages, and at present, no drug production and drug planting phenomenon has been found, so as to achieve the goal of "zero planting" of original drug plants, ensuring "zero yield" and "zero drug production".

Fogang has formulated a series of documents such as the "Anti-Drug Thunder Propaganda Special Action Work Plan" to carry out anti-drug publicity and education in an all-round and full-coverage manner. From January to September this year, the county carried out a total of 3231 anti-drug publicity "six advances" activities. Actively build the central, provincial and municipal mainstream media, and this year mainstream media at all levels reported on the anti-drug work in Fogang a total of 1166 times. Continuously strengthening anti-drug publicity and implementing care and support has effectively promoted the in-depth development of the anti-drug problem rectification work, and the ability and level of comprehensive drug treatment have been continuously improved.
