Honghe County Township Township Through Tertiary Highway Construction Notice

In order to promote the upgrading of the backbone road network of rural roads in the county, Honghe County decided to implement the township-to-township three-level highway project, which will further improve the traffic situation of townships and towns, accelerate the integration of cultural tourism in townships along the route, and help the county to effectively connect the results of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization. In accordance with the Highway Law and relevant legal provisions and document requirements, the relevant matters related to the construction of the township and township tertiary highway project in Honghe County are hereby notified as follows: First, the construction tasks of the Honghe County Tong tertiary highway project from 2021 to 2022 are 4 45.4 kilometers, involving the first phase of the Yao'an-Mengdian Highway (Wanniantang-Dabaineng) section, the Dajia Highway (Dabaineng-Guidong) section, the Jiale Highway (Baohua-Guidong), and the Manluo Highway (Manbanhe-Baohua) section. Second, the project belongs to the scope of rural road construction, belongs to the people's livelihood project, involving townships and towns should make every effort to do a good job of mass work, properly handle all kinds of problems arising in the jurisdiction. The units and individuals involved should focus on the overall situation of the development of the county's transportation industry, and must not obstruct the work of engineering surveying and construction operations for any reason. 3. In the course of project construction, if a unit or individual obstructs the construction of a construction unit or obstructs a staff member of a state organ from performing his or her duties in accordance with law, the public security organ will handle it in accordance with law. Where criminal law is violated, transfer it to the judicial organs to pursue criminal responsibility in accordance with law. Fourth, during the construction process, especially during the closed construction period, the passing vehicles and the masses should obey the dispatching management of the project construction headquarters to ensure the smooth progress of the project construction and the safe and smooth travel of the masses.

5. This Circular shall come into force on the date of promulgation.
