Located on the west side of the central axis of the core area of The Sui and Tang Dynasty Miyagi in Luoyang City, the Paradise Ruins are the site of an important building in the Wu Zetian period of the Tang Dynasty, with important historical, cultural, artistic and tourist value, and have been exposed to the natural environment since local archaeological excavations in 1977. In order to better protect the site, the overall display and publicity of the cultural value of the Sui and Tang Dynasty Luoyang Palace City, a site museum with a façade imitating the Tang Dynasty style was built on the site.

This "new paradise" located in the Heritage Park was designed by Guo Daijiao, a doctoral supervisor at the School of Architecture of Tsinghua University and a famous expert in the design of ancient buildings. The five floors of the new paradise façade are guarded by copper balustrades, which total nearly 400 meters. In terms of color, after the unique process of Venus Copper Engineering, multi-level oxidation is carried out, and the copper is rendered into a very beautiful big red, which shows the enthusiastic and unrestrained Tang Dynasty style to the fullest.

The interior of the main building is divided into a number of exhibition halls according to the floor, which will be arranged about the relevant historical introduction, archaeological excavations, restoration research results, etc. of Luoyang City and Miyacheng District of Sui and Tang Dynasties, and in addition to the traditional "model + exhibition board", the exhibition will also use 3D films, virtual walking, holographic model projection and other modern digital means.

Today's paradise has become a landmark building of the Sui and Tang Dynasties Luoyang City Archaeological Site Park, and is the finishing touch of the protection of Luoyang Great Ruins, a new landmark in the modern Luoyang City, and a demonstration project for the protection of Luoyang cultural relics.
