At that time, Wuxi and Suzhou had food stores named after Lu Wenjian, but they mainly operated cake dumplings. In order not to forget his hometown, Huang Fusheng's boss used the name of the shop recommended by Lu Feng.
In the early 1980s, during the second national census of cultural relics, I interviewed Master Dai and other employees in Lu Wenjian's shop, and they said: "Huang Fusheng's boss is kind to people, he does not smoke and drink, but he is very generous in business. The duck farmer who drives live ducks from the river to the store can pay more as long as he meets the standard, and sometimes invite the delivery man to eat. On the contrary, no matter how low the price, he will return all the live ducks.
Boss Huang often said that from live duck to sauce duck, this is the first pass of Lu Wen's recommendation, from purchase to firing, the Dao Dao pass must be firmly enforced, so that the golden sign of Jiaxing Lu Wen's recommendation will not fade. Huang Fusheng is proficient in business, hard-working and rich, and there are properties in the Area of WaiyueHe and Tanlong that he has purchased.
When beiliqiao was built in the 1970s, more than a dozen pieces of gold buried deeply by him were found under the walls of Lu Wenjian's store, and on the question of whether to return it to him, Jiaxing society caused a great shock at that time. However, there is a reason that everyone in the industry knows, that is, Jinshan Yinshan is not as good as the old intangible assets of Lu Wenjian Sauce Duck Shop.
