In 1992, Yiyuan County did not have a program-controlled telephone, and the only program-controlled telephone in Huiyuan was rented by the president from outside. At the beginning of huiyuan's establishment, the first problem it faced was the shortage of funds. After selling fruit tea, he could not get back the payment, and the triangle debt plagued Huiyuan. In March 1993, Zhu Xinli flew to Germany and Switzerland with corn pancakes from the Yimeng Mountains to inspect German fruit processing equipment and Swiss beverage filling production lines. He had already targeted the world's most advanced German fruit processing equipment and the Swedish Tetra Pak aseptic cold filling line. However, the financial dilemma is extremely realistic, and he does not have foreign exchange to pay the other party as payment. After returning to China, at a party, Zhu Xinli heard friends talking about a new business model - compensatory trade. This is an ideal way to raise funds to solve problems such as funding, technology, etc. In the 1970s and 1980s, when Japanese and Korean companies started, they also adopted the method of compensatory trade, successfully solved financial and technical problems, and achieved take-off. For him, compensation trade is not a strange word, as early as a few years ago, he learned about foreign trade during his training at the Shandong Economic Cadre Management College. It's just that he has not yet gone to business operations, and he does not deeply understand this advanced way of trade.

After this unexpected discovery, Zhu Xinli was very surprised: Huiyuan was saved! He immediately discussed with everyone how to implement a specific plan for compensatory trade. In April 1993, China's first TBA-9 Tetra Pak aseptic cold filling production line began to be installed in Huiyuan Company, and was officially put into production in late July, filling 250ml of juice drinks and producing 180,000 packs of juice drinks per day. Tens of millions of dollars worth of German fruit processing equipment settled in Huiyuan Company. At the same time, in August 1993, Zhu Xinli hired more than 20 German juice industry experts and engineering and technical personnel led by Mr. Handeshu, a German food engineering expert, to be responsible for equipment installation and commissioning and technical and quality control. It is worth mentioning that at that time, when more than 200 German engineers and technicians came to install machinery and equipment, the small County town of Yiyuan boiled. People in the mountains have never seen foreigners, nor have they ever seen foreigners work for Chinese, so no matter where they go, there will be a large group of ordinary people watching the liveliness. At that time, it was difficult to see foreigners in a county town, let alone in the Yimeng Mountains. Walking on the street, I heard the people talking one after another: 'Huiyuan is really remarkable, Zhu Xinli really has the ability, and he has attracted so many foreigners, I heard that Huiyuan's machine is still shipped from abroad!' These 20 germans like to ride their bicycles around the city, and the more ordinary people watch, the happier they are, and they look proud. Germans are addicted to beer, and when they arrive at night, they go out to find restaurants to drink beer, and return to the factory very late. Zhu Xinli was afraid that they would go out to drink and have an accident, so he prepared Tsingtao beer and appetizers inside the factory for them to drink at any time. Another problem was that at that time, the entire Yiyuan County could not find a few people who knew German, and language communication with foreigners became a big problem, how to solve it? It was suggested that the Germans could translate their language into English, and Huiyuan would then ask the translator to translate the English into Chinese and tell it to everyone. As a result, German, English and Chinese languages went hand in hand, and through three translations, they began a difficult dialogue and communication with foreign experts. In October 1993, under the guidance of more than 20 German experts, engineers and technicians, the factory officially began to operate. Huiyuan's first batch of concentrated juices were born, and they were tested and fully qualified.
