The project is a key project in Guangzhou, and the main capping of eleven buildings has been completed, and the office buildings C1, C2 and C3 have been delivered first.

At the scene, 24 exhibition areas such as BIM+ intelligent construction, multi-style mechanical and electrical warehouse, and EPC lean construction were set up around the new technology of green and lean construction, showing the wisdom and green of the modern construction industry.

In fact, the project basement pipeline layout process is complex, all kinds of mechanical and electrical materials are diverse, the amount is large, how to maximize the use of space, reduce the depth of basement excavation and ensure the timely provision of various materials has become a "big trouble".

In order to solve this problem, the project carried out a number of BIM rehearsals before and after, repeatedly studied the pipeline elevation and trend, and strived to finely adjust the pipeline "correction section" to achieve zero deviation, zero loss, zero adjustment, and fully ensure the comfort of the basement.

On the other side of the observation exhibition area, a "magic supermarket" also attracted participants to stop. "Supermarket" shelves are neatly arranged with various mechanical and electrical materials, "this is another application of the project BIM technology, that is, through the Internet system, the reserve and use of various types of materials are accurately counted to ensure that engineers can allocate the required materials in the first time." According to field engineers, the application of this technology saves a lot of manual query time and improves the accuracy of information.

Lean construction ensures construction quality

In the process of observation, the application of various formwork support systems such as "disc buckle + channel steel system, special-shaped structure aluminum mold - steel mold system combination, square circle template system" of the project has also attracted attention.

This multi-formwork support system is to solve the difficult technical problem of the project "deep foundation pit + super high-rise special-shaped circular arc structure", and this construction method provides a new exploration idea for projects with the characteristics of multi-podium and complex construction environment. At the same time, the project also uses BIM brick layout diagrams, modeling process interspersed simulation, virtual quality model guidance, intelligent rebound meter and other auxiliary means to finely implement control measures to ensure that the construction quality and construction period of each item are accurate and controllable.

Low-carbon structures help build green sites

From a distance, the project B5 building is tightly "wrapped" with a layer of silver "protective clothing", which is an integrated attached lifting scaffolding for project applications, mainly used for anti-fall, anti-tilt and control lifting.

In fact, compared with traditional scaffolding, integrated attached lifting scaffolding is more suitable for high-rise buildings, and the higher the floor, the more economical it is. According to the person in charge of the site, each building can save 30%-60% of the cost comprehensively, such as the highest application building of the Design Capital project is as high as 136.2m, which can be flexibly removed and moved to the required floor by the completed floor, which actually reduces the amount of steel used by 60%-70%, with good low carbon.

The design capital is also quite bright in terms of material saving and material resource utilization. For example, in the specific construction, the reinforcement joint gives priority to the mechanical connection joint, and the straightening machine is used to straighten the disc reinforcement, and the construction residue is reduced. The on-site office and living rooms adopt swing rooms, and at the same time adopt reusable fence walls, and strive to achieve a reusability rate of 70% of the temporary enclosure materials on the construction site.

In addition, the observation site also showed the construction dust control technology, construction noise control technology, green construction online monitoring and evaluation technology and other green construction technologies.
