Zhang Fei, 37 years old this year, is the deputy director of the county street community in Haitang Street, Shizhong District, and as a grassroots cadre of the party, while enjoying the happiness brought by the struggle, she also witnessed the development of Leshan.
Zhang Fei has worked in the enterprise for many years, and after resigning in 2015, when the former Ziyun Street community (now guihualou community) was open to the public to recruit full-time workers, Zhang Fei, who has many years of party affairs work experience, was recruited to enter the community and became the secretary of the first party branch of the community.

There are many old residential areas in Ziyun Street, and there are many grass-roots governance problems such as random parking, random building, and property fee disputes. In order to solve these problems as soon as possible, Zhang Fei went all out, and she could be seen in the stores, residential buildings in the community and the community party and group service center.
With the branch as the core, Zhang Fei gradually established a multi-party building model of community property, resident groups, and community volunteers. She and more than 50 party members of the branch have played multiple roles such as propagandists, mediators and liaisons, jointly improving the quality of greening in the jurisdiction, standardizing parking on the road, cleaning the roof of the building and planting vegetables. Under her inspiration, residents began to care about the affairs of the building and participate in the affairs of the community: the phenomenon of illegal parking disappeared, the corridors of each unit were cleared, the residents had a public health concept, and the whole community had a new look.
In the 2017 community election, Zhang Fei was elected as the former deputy secretary of the Ziyun Street Community Party Committee, and her burden was heavier. Together with community workers and party members in the jurisdiction, she has organized more than 130 party members and more than 60 building party groups in the community into a network, established 4 community party branches, cultivated "red head geese" and activated "red cells". Driven by the leadership of the party organization, the 6 old communities in the original Ziyun Street community have achieved a transformation from dirty and messy to clean and beautiful, 5 communities with long-standing property disputes have reached a consensus, and 130 residents have realized the transformation of old houses and moved into new homes. The living environment, business environment and community appearance of the jurisdiction have been greatly improved, and the quality of life of residents has been significantly improved.
In February this year, in the adjusted county street community, one of Zhang Fei's tasks was to be in charge of epidemic prevention and control, with strong policy and rapid changes, and the implementation of various measures was rigorous. She often works with the staff to measure the temperature of people entering and leaving in key places, dynamically check and find out the number of returnees from medium- and high-risk areas outside the province, and be on standby 24 hours a day to provide services for stores and residents in the jurisdiction.
Just a few days ago, after returning from the relevant areas of Inner Mongolia, a 65-year-old mother-in-law in the jurisdiction learned of the change in the risk of the epidemic and took the initiative to find Zhang Fei and describe the anxiety and tension in her heart. After learning of the situation, Zhang Fei patiently comforted the elderly, learned more about the accurate information of his itinerary, informed the requirements for epidemic prevention and control, and gave sufficient guarantees to the family life and logistics of the elderly. During the implementation of relevant epidemic prevention measures, the elderly suddenly became unwell, expressing physical discomfort and emotional trepidation. To this end, Zhang Fei contacted the community health service center, the Municipal Central District CDC, the street office and other departments at the first time according to the procedure, reported the situation, and implemented the emergency medical procedure. Although in the end it was only a false alarm, Zhang Fei felt that it was worth it to think that if she did one more point, the safety of the community residents would be one more point.
"Seeing the expectant eyes of the masses and the smiling faces of satisfaction, I am full of strength, and I have a sense of achievement and happiness in my career." In the eyes of many people, community workers deal with trivial matters, but in Zhang Fei's eyes, the people's affairs are no small matters. She often said that she is just one of many community workers, and she is very proud to be able to work together with everyone to convey warmth and witness the changes in Leshan in her work.
