5 types of typical cases

(1) Violating the community sealing and control measures and disobeying the management of epidemic prevention staff. (2) Violating the requirements for epidemic prevention and control in and out of Beijing and evading normal inspections. On October 24, Han Mouliang, a 39-year-old male, drove through the Yongle checkpoint in Tongzhou District, in order to cover up the trajectory of his trip to a medium- and high-risk area, he tried to use other people's itinerary codes to enter Beijing, and was seized by the police on the spot, and now the person is administratively detained by the Tongzhou police according to law. In another case, Li, a 29-year-old female, has repeatedly asked others to forge a negative nucleic acid test certificate through computer software since August this year, and Li has been criminally detained by the Haidian police according to law.

(3) Violating the epidemic prevention and control regulations in public places, not wearing masks and temperature test codes as required, and refusing to obey management. On October 25, Qu Mou, a 42-year-old male, refused to wear a mask on a bus near Shuitun Station in Changping District, and injured the dissuaded staff, and qu has now been administratively detained by the Changping police according to law.

(4) Refusal to implement the requirement to suspend the opening of closed places during the epidemic period. During the period, he and the bus driver Han Mou, male, 51 years old, did not scan the code registration of the boarding personnel one by one in accordance with the regulations, and one of the people who recently had a history of living in high-risk areas was diagnosed with new crown pneumonia on the 22nd. At present, the Changping police have filed a criminal investigation against Wang Moulong and Han Moulong in accordance with the law.
