On October 27, the 249th press conference on the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic in Beijing was held. Pan Xuhong said that some people have taken chances and gone their own way, seriously interfering with the overall situation of epidemic prevention and control, and the Beijing police have successively handled 24 cases of epidemic-related violations such as obstructing the prevention and control of infectious diseases, 19 people have been criminally investigated, and 13 people have been administratively punished.

5 types of typical cases

(1) Violating the community sealing and control measures and disobeying the management of epidemic prevention staff. On October 23, the Hongfuyuan community in Changping District was adjusted to a high-risk area, and at about 12:00 on the 25th, Chen Mou, a resident of the community, male, 31 years old, walked to pass through the exit of the underground garage of the community, and when the community epidemic prevention staff dissuaded, Chen refused to listen to and beat the staff, and the person has been criminally investigated by the Changping police according to law.

(2) Violating the requirements for epidemic prevention and control in and out of Beijing and evading normal inspections. On October 24, Han Mouliang, a 39-year-old male, drove through the Yongle checkpoint in Tongzhou District, in order to cover up the trajectory of his trip to a medium- and high-risk area, he tried to use other people's itinerary codes to enter Beijing, and was seized by the police on the spot, and now the person is administratively detained by the Tongzhou police according to law. In another case, Li, a 29-year-old female, has repeatedly asked others to forge a negative nucleic acid test certificate through computer software since August this year, and Li has been criminally detained by the Haidian police according to law.

(3) Violating the epidemic prevention and control regulations in public places, not wearing masks and temperature test codes as required, and refusing to obey management. On October 25, Qu Mou, a 42-year-old male, refused to wear a mask on a bus near Shuitun Station in Changping District, and injured the dissuaded staff, and qu has now been administratively detained by the Changping police according to law.

(4) Refusal to implement the requirement to suspend the opening of closed places during the epidemic period. On October 26, a 47-year-old male, a 47-year-old operator of a chess and card room in Daxing District, violated the relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control in violation of the notice of temporary closure of the chess and card room in the street. At present, the person has been administratively detained by the Daxing police in accordance with the law.

(5) Illegally organizing inter-provincial tourism activities and obstructing the prevention and control of infectious diseases. On October 19, Wang Moulong, a 39-year-old male, illegally organized 53 residents of various communities in Changping District to take a bus to Hebei to participate in a day trip. During the period, he and the bus driver Han Mou, male, 51 years old, did not scan the code registration of the boarding personnel one by one in accordance with the regulations, and one of the people who recently had a history of living in high-risk areas was diagnosed with new crown pneumonia on the 22nd. At present, the Changping police have filed a criminal investigation against Wang Moulong and Han Moulong in accordance with the law.
