Jiangsu Taizhou Pharmaceutical High-tech Zone (Gaogang District) issued the latest notice.

Recently, it was found that some labor intermediaries organized personnel to go to Jining, Shandong Province, for the purpose of making profits, to receive vaccinations and promised to give incentives and subsidies, which brought huge hidden dangers to the prevention and control of the epidemic. At present, the public security department is investigating the case, the relevant organizers have been administratively detained, and the Discipline Inspection Commission has intervened in the investigation. In order to further do a good job in the prevention and control of the epidemic in enterprises in the whole region, after the study of the district epidemic prevention and control leading group, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, strictly control the scope of recruitment. All labor intermediaries and enterprises must not recruit personnel from the middle and high-risk areas within the scope of the city where they are located, as well as those with a history of living and stopping in medium- and high-risk areas, and as far as possible to achieve point-to-point recruitment, and if they need to charter a car for transfer, they must be approved by the traffic control group of the district epidemic prevention and control leading group, and must not pass through medium and high-risk areas, and strictly implement closed-loop management. All parks and town streets should organize public security, market supervision, and human resources and social security departments to strengthen the investigation of labor service companies and employing enterprises in their jurisdictions, and when violations are discovered, they should be immediately ordered to stop, and relevant personnel should be dealt with in accordance with the law, and at the same time, they should report to the district prevention and control office as soon as possible.

2. Strictly implement health management. In addition to the regular physical examination of entry, the newly hired employees of each enterprise strictly follow the relevant requirements of epidemic prevention and control, implement prevention and control measures such as checking health codes, itinerary codes and nucleic acid testing, and urge employees to be vaccinated as soon as possible to ensure that all kinds should be planted. It is strictly forbidden to violate the requirements of epidemic prevention and control and organize vaccinations outside.

Third, strictly regulate personnel management. All enterprises should register and dynamically update the employment information of the day every day, take the initiative to contact the district public security and health departments, and handle temporary residence procedures in a timely manner to ensure that nucleic acid testing, vaccination and other work are followed up in a timely manner.

Fourth, strictly strengthen supervision and management. All parks, town streets and relevant departments should further strengthen the publicity of epidemic prevention and control, guide enterprise employees to consciously implement prevention and control measures, go to the vaccination points designated by the government for vaccination, strengthen the supervision and management of labor intermediaries and employing enterprises in the jurisdiction, and urge all units to consciously perform their epidemic prevention and control duties; all factory employees should earnestly perform their duties in the factory, supervise and urge enterprises to strictly implement various prevention and control measures, and effectively fulfill the responsibility of guarding the land.
