On the afternoon of October 26, Shibi Street in Panyu District actively deployed and organized a special governance action for the urban environment of the back streets and alleys around Guangzhou South Railway Station. Nearly 50 people from the Shibi Street leadership team, the Shibi Village No. 1 Village, the Shibi Three Villages, the Shibi Four Villages Village Working Group, the Village Cadres, the Public Security Team, the Cleaning Team, the Street Creation Office, the Municipal Management Office, the Chengguan Comprehensive Law Enforcement Team, the Traffic Police Ninth Squadron, and the Market Supervision and Management Institute participated in the operation.
The special action focuses on street environmental sanitation, roads, greening, parking spaces, advertising signs, occupied road operations, etc., and focuses on improving the environmental quality of back streets and alleys. During the operation, street leaders and cadres stationed in villages gave full play to the exemplary role of party members, led village cadres, security team members, and cleaning personnel to comprehensively clean up the Shiyi Market and the surrounding ground, the desks of various stalls, and classified garbage cans, and thoroughly cleaned up the debris in the back streets and alleys of Shiwei Road, the indiscriminate posting, and damaged propaganda posters, as well as the blind spots of sanitation and management.

All units divide labor and cooperate closely, and in view of key problems such as random parking of vehicles and the operation of shops occupying the road, the action group adopts the model of "wide publicity + strict rectification" to carry out comprehensive treatment. On the one hand, through the distribution of the "Civilization Around the Side, Create a Participation" proposal to strengthen publicity, education and guidance of the villagers to consciously abide by laws and regulations, standardize public civilized behavior, and actively support and participate in the work of creating literature; on the other hand, the urban management comprehensive law enforcement team and the traffic police ninth squadron exercise law enforcement powers in accordance with the law, and clean up the problems of random parking of vehicles in road sections, shops occupying the road, random sale, and "six chaos". In accordance with the rectification requirements of "persuasion first, punishment supplemented", the driver's illegal parking vehicles at the scene are warned and persuaded to leave.

According to statistics, the special action cleaned up about 230 miscellaneous garbage, posted 300 randomly, cleaned up 60 places of occupation and random sale, rectified 20 flying line charging places, and distributed 100 copies of proposals.
