On December 15 last year, Bloomberg released the Chinese mainland list of listed companies' environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) disclosure performance rankings, and Lenovo Group ranked first. Among the top 20 companies, only 5 are MSCI rated A or above, Lenovo Group is the only one to receive AA ratings, environmentally friendly companies are recognized by the capital market, and it can even be said that ESG redefines "good company".

He suggested that, first, the formulation of support policies for the environmental protection industry should not only consider whether the industry itself is environmentally friendly, but also consider whether supporting the development of the industry can bring about the improvement of the ecological efficiency of the overall industrial chain. Only environmental protection industries that meet the characteristics of improving ecological efficiency can be included in support policies. Second, while strengthening producer responsibility, it is also necessary to explore the carbon peak responsibility sharing and carbon emission allocation mechanism from the consumption side, and force enterprises to adopt green production methods through the transformation of green consumption preferences. For example, the currently commonly used housing purchase restriction and automobile purchase restriction policy can be transformed into a "consumption carbon ticket" constraint mechanism, and the formation of a "consumer carbon ticket" trading market can be considered simultaneously.
