If you practice this path and you become more and more arrogant, then you must have gone wrong.

Many people regard practicing and seeking wisdom as a serious thing, and in the process, if we are not careful, we will become very arrogant.
Women prefer to pay attention to spiritual growth, and they often ask me a question: "Teacher, I have been practicing all along, but why does my husband not grow?" ”
My answer is: If you practice this path and you become more and more arrogant, then you must have gone wrong. If you go further and feel superior to others, something must be wrong.
How can you make yourself more and more loving, more compassionate, more and more warm, and closer to others while practicing?

Practice is the elevation of the energy dimension of inner consciousness, and it is high-dimensional practice in real life.
The confusion that we project in real life, the so-called sentient beings who are hindered by knowledge and emotions, also comes from our inner cognition.
If we feel in the course of our lives the differences and superiority between us and sentient beings, we are actually not truly understanding the connection between the outside world and ourselves.
When a practitioner attains a certain level of self-superiority, it is actually because of two attachments. One is my grasp and the other is law enforcement. Dharma enforcement is the idea that I myself have mastered the most extraordinary method, and as long as you cling to any one of the Fas, you will not be able to attain the true path.
About honesty
Looking at honesty from the bottom up, it has a grade. Looking honestly from top to bottom, it has convenience.
As an adult, I find it difficult for many people to be honest.
When I'm honest, I have strength.
When we are on the path of practice, how do we make ourselves live with peace of mind? And can you be a sincere and frank person?
What if someone is honest with us and hurts us?
When we don't think it through, the word really can easily trap us.
Virtual and real are relative concepts, and only when the N dimension (N tends to infinity) enters the ultimate projection source is called the one-truth realm. It is the real truth.
Honesty plays a very important role in making it easier for us to perceive our cognitive impairments. Dishonesty is the imposition of a barrier between oneself and the outside.
Everyone has two challenges in reality, one is compassion: Do you have love? Is there a responsibility to take responsibility for the world? There is also wisdom: you face the world, whether you can understand the rules of the game.
Practitioners try to make themselves as simple as possible, not climbing the edge, not letting the adverse edge interfere with themselves, and building up confidence in themselves that they are strong enough.
When you encounter all the questions, ask yourself from the point of view of the meaning of your life: What is this telling me? At this time, we jump out of the concept of whether the ego is true or not, because everything is a projection. It is relatively true and it is also relatively false. When we use wisdom to solve this comprehensive life application problem, we have no worries.
About judging
When we judge a person or a thing, we must have a ruler.
Do you like all your faces? Are you willing to accept your weaknesses and ugly side?
Seeing my own ugliness, on the contrary, allows me to understand and cherish others. Because I know that he is also struggling on this path, when I accept my vulnerability and the ugliness of human nature, I can experience the deepest love and connection, compassion and warmth in human nature.
Many people get stuck in the absence of a way to expose their vulnerability, afraid of being judged. Accept it and don't miss this very important growth.
Only when a person is truly confident can he dare to present his ugliness.
As soon as a guy makes his point in front of me, my first response is "you're right". The second reaction, I would ask myself why he was right. How does he say connect with the Tao? He gave me a pathway to enlightenment. At this time, the heartbeat is no longer fear, not that I am afraid of anything, but that these things have meaning.
Wisdom arises when we know that everything is an opportunity to achieve inner wisdom, and that we do not judge things according to right and wrong.
When we have judgment within us, we will worry about being judged, we will rise up right and wrong, and we will have fear.
At the human level, there is right and wrong, there is good and evil. When we enter the higher dimension, into our own beings, we can transcend right and wrong, good and evil.
About meditation
