British handsome Matthew Goode (Downton Abbey, Proud Wife, etc.) is about to return to the American small screen again, and he will star in the new sci-fi drama "Roadside Picnic" by WGN America Television Network.
Based on a former Soviet science fiction novel, the show tells the story of aliens (in the near future era) who visit Earth and create unique "enchantments" in the areas they arrive in— strange and dangerous phenomena that humans cannot understand, and some supernatural objects that cannot be explained by science.
