On October 27th, with the support and help of the Kunming Municipal Federation of Literature and Literature, the Kunming Writers Association held the "Rise - 'Kunming Writers Group' Young and Middle-Aged Writers' Works Seminar and 'Kunming Literature Lecture Hall'" activity in Puyu Bookstore.

The main content of the event is the observation of the creation of "Kunming Literature", and four well-known domestic critics Geng Zhanchun, Zhang Dinghao, Ma Bing and Wang Chaojun, in the form of a critic focusing on two writers, conducted a theme discussion on the works and creations of Chen Peng, Marco, Bao Zhuo and Zhu Ligen.

In recent years, the progress of Kunming literature is obvious to all. Old, middle-aged and young writers are making efforts, and their works cover important domestic literary publications, including the Lu Xun Literature Award, the Junma Award, the National Outstanding Children's Works Award, the People's Literature Award, the Poetry Annual Poet Award, the October Literature Award, the Bingxin Literature Award and other important domestic literary awards, as well as the Zhuang Chongwen Literature Award, the Chinese Literature Award, the Yangtze River Poetry Award and many influential literary awards. Many of the works of Kunming writers, such as Zhang Qingguo's "Hornbill Apocalypse", Ban Xia's "Wild with Insects", Duan Rachel's "Female Death", Fan Wen's "Water Milk Earth", etc., have had a wide impact on the Chinese literary world. At the same time, a younger generation of writers is also thriving and has formed a new landscape for Kunming literature.

The four young writers and poets who were selected as the subjects of comment by critics at this research conference are representative of them. The event began with the recitation of works, the sharing of creative experiences by writers, the speeches of critics, and the free discussion of local writers. The four critics also gave wonderful speeches on "The Preparation of the Novel", "The Function and Boundaries of Criticism", "The Vitality of the Frontier", and "'Reverse Evolution' and the Path of Novel Signifier".
