Beijing News (reporter Wang Sijiao) On March 23, a reporter from the Beijing News learned from the official website of Hubei Ezhou Wuchang Fish Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wuchang Fish Group") that Fu Xiaoan, chairman of Wuchang Fish Group, died of illness on March 21 at the age of 65.

According to the obituary, Fu Xiaoan, secretary of the party committee and chairman of Wuchang Fish Group, died at the age of 65 at about 19:00 on March 21 due to ineffective medical treatment. For the specific cause of Fu Xiaoan's illness, Wuchang Fish Group did not disclose specifically, but its official website revealed that "he fell ill on the road to fight the epidemic". At the same time, Wuchang Fish Group will comply with relevant regulations and hold a farewell ceremony on a selected day.

According to the data, Wuchang Fish Group was established in January 1997. In August 2000, Hubei Wuchang Fish Co., Ltd. (now referred to as "ST Changyu"), which was initiated by Wuchang Fish Group and a number of companies, was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. In December 2001, Wuchang Fish Group underwent restructuring, and in June 2002, it transferred 40% of its shares in the listed company to Beijing Huapu Industry Group Co., Ltd. and Beijing Zhonglian Putuo Technology Development Co., Ltd. respectively. In December 2002, Wuchang Fish Group was restructured from a state-owned enterprise to a private enterprise.

At present, Wuchang Fish Group is a comprehensive private enterprise integrating commercial circulation, bio-pharmacy, fixed-point slaughtering, tourism, catering, hotel, education, real estate, medical care, pension and pawn, with total assets of nearly 1.5 billion yuan and 18 subsidiaries.
