The Simingshan Ring Road Project is an important part of the "1 4 6" road network built in Simingshan District during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period in Haishu District, and after its completion, it will save nearly 1 hour by car to the hinterland of the old revolutionary area, further enhance the traffic capacity of the Road Network in the Simingshan area, form an interconnection of adjacent scenic spots in the mountainous area for half an hour, and connect the residents of the old area to the happiness road to common prosperity.
As an important component of the Simingshan Ring Road, the Fine North Line is one of the first highways to be reconstructed and upgraded in the Simingshan Ring Road Project. The renovation and upgrading project of the Fine North Line has a total length of 13.5 kilometers and a planned construction period of 16 months.

The project starts at the bridgehead of Hongxi Bridge in Xiaoling Village, Zhangshui Town, passes through Xiaoling Village, Nian Nian Dun, Fengtou Village, Tianleikeng and Mao wok villages along the route, and ends at Mao Wok Bridge, which is a four-level highway with a roadbed width of 7 meters and a design speed of 20 km/ h.
The construction content includes road widening, "white to black" pavement, bridge and culvert maintenance, retaining wall repair and reinforcement, safety facilities improvement, drainage facilities restoration, landscape greening improvement and other ancillary facilities construction.
At the same time, the transformation and upgrading project of Wangtong Line and Mibei Line is also advancing in an orderly manner, and the first phase of the Transformation and Upgrading Project of Wangtong Line is expected to be completed before the Spring Festival.
The transformation and upgrading of important constituent passages such as the Fine North Line, the Mibei Line, and the Wangtong Line will effectively improve the travel level of residents in the Simingshan Revolutionary Old Area, further promote the tourism development of the Simingshan Revolutionary Old Area, and contribute to the high-quality development of Haishu and the construction of a common prosperity demonstration zone.
