Unexpectedly, in order to help make up 20,000 yuan, the other party also offered and transferred 6400 yuan to Ms. Zhao's account.

After Chenghai Public Security received an early warning that Ms. Zhao may be suffering from impersonating the Public Prosecutor's Law fraud, it immediately activated the dissuasion mechanism. Because Ms. Zhao could not be contacted, the police rushed to the company where she worked and contacted her friends to help carry out dissuasion work. At that time, Ms. Zhao had been deeply brainwashed and was following the instructions of the scammers to raise money and prepare for the transfer operation. After receiving a WeChat phone reminder from a friend, he suddenly realized that he had encountered fraud and stopped the operation, and the police also rushed to the company.

Due to the timely dissuasion, she successfully helped Ms. Zhao avoid property damage. Subsequently, the police popularized the anti-fraud and anti-fraud knowledge to Ms. Zhao and helped her install the "National Anti-Fraud Center" APP. At the same time, the 6400 yuan transferred by the scammers was temporarily withheld. After investigation, it was found that 6400 yuan was transferred to a scammer by a victim in Shenzhen. At present, the Chenghai police are actively contacting the Shenzhen police to return 6400 yuan to the victim.

Since last year, in view of the frequent occurrence of new types of fraud and crimes in the telecommunications network, Chenghai Public Security has insisted on simultaneously cracking down on prevention and control, and has made every effort to fight a "tough battle" against fraud, and has achieved remarkable results.

In order to effectively crack down on telecommunications network fraud and criminal activities, the Chenghai police set up an anti-fraud center, implemented the mechanism of "every case must be studied" and "daily must be consulted", and implemented a comprehensive combat mode in which the police and the police stations under their jurisdiction were verified and quickly attacked at the first time, and the upper and lower linkages were integrated. Continuously optimize the rapid stop payment mechanism, implement measures such as SMS reminders, telephone intervention and door-to-door dissuasion by the police, minimize the public being deceived, a total of 15,086 emergency stop payment accounts, and recover 6.3815 million yuan of defrauded funds.

Since last year, Chenghai Public Security has meticulously organized the production of anti-fraud propaganda short videos, posters and tweets, through WeChat, Weibo, Douyin and other official "Chenghai Public Security" official new media platforms to introduce to the broad masses of the people a variety of common types of telecommunications network fraud such as online loans, single rebates, "pig killing plates", and impersonation of the "Public Prosecutor's Law", analyzing typical cases and exposing fraud methods, with a cumulative audience of more than 1.2 million people, organizing 5 live broadcasts of anti-fraud propaganda networks, with more than 700,000 viewers.

At the same time, Chenghai Public Security actively opened up offline publicity channels, face-to-face contact with the masses to carry out anti-fraud propaganda, distributed a total of 750,000 copies of publicity materials, hung more than 1,200 propaganda banners, carried out propaganda lectures, set up stalls 486 times, played more than 30,000 anti-fraud propaganda videos, the whole region has installed the "National Anti-Fraud Center APP" 238,000 times, the installation rate of 30.1%, through massive information push, on-site interactive publicity, so that the prevention of telecommunications network fraud into the mind, and actively promote the creation of a good atmosphere for the whole society to fight fraud.
