In order to implement the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the Department of Education of Hunan Province on the implementation of the Information Technology Application Ability Improvement Project for Primary and Secondary School Teachers 2.0, promote the deep integration of information technology and classroom teaching, and build a new teaching model for the information society, from October 23 to 24, the management team and training team training of the Information Technology Application Ability Improvement Project for Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Changning City (hereinafter referred to as the "Ability Improvement Project 2.0") were held at the Teacher Training School, and Wang Yuancheng, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Education Bureau, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. Teng Zhongchun, principal of the Teachers' Training School, made a mobilization report, which was presided over by Lu Shiqing, head of the Teacher Work Unit of the Education Bureau.

Teng Zhongchun pointed out in the mobilization report that the core task of the "Ability Improvement Project 2.0" is to promote the transformation of information technology from application to innovation, from attaching importance to individual learning of teachers to realizing the overall promotion of the school. The management team and training team members are the forerunners and promoters of the "Ability Improvement Project 2.0" in Changning City, and they must clarify their responsibilities and missions, and in the training process, they must abide by discipline, correct their attitudes, combine learning and thinking, and apply what they have learned.

Wang Yuancheng stressed that the "Capacity Improvement Project 2.0" project is an important measure to promote the development of education informatization. It is necessary to improve awareness and enhance the sense of responsibility and urgency for project implementation; to clarify the goals, highlight the practical application, build a new model of hybrid school-based training, and promote the integration and innovation of information technology and education and teaching; to have strict requirements, and strive to understand operation, management, and imparting; to cherish learning opportunities and respect the research results of experts.

Song Jianlin, associate professor of Xiangtan Institute of Education, Yan Xianjing, deputy section chief of the Provincial Teacher Development Center, Tao Youqin, researcher, Zhang Wenbin, technician, and Xiao Zhiquan, vice president of Hengdong County Teacher Training School, respectively gave comprehensive guidance on the implementation of the "Capacity Improvement Project 2.0" from the aspects of policy interpretation, implementation strategy, practice model, organization management, and platform operation. 163 project managers and trainers from primary and secondary schools and kindergartens across the city participated in the study.
