My name is Li Chao, an intern from Southwest University of Political Science and Law, and now I am interning at the Zhuangyuan Police Station of the Longwan District Bureau of the Wenzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau. When I first arrived, when I first learned that I had interned at the Zhuangyuan police station, I had a great feeling in my heart: the name "Zhuangyuan" was very domineering and awe-inspiring, and when I heard it, I felt that this was the most cattle police station, so I and several students who came to the Zhuangyuan police station with great expectations. It was also in this way that I met my master Zhu Qinting and began an extraordinary internship journey...
My master Zhu Qinting, who was extremely tall, thought I was tall enough to be one meter eight, but he was still half a head taller than me, nearly one meter and nine more, and his head was very large, so everyone called him "long-legged Shu Huang". He is a 2018 military-to-police cadre, served in the army for 13 years, joined the party at the age of 18, and is currently the deputy director of the Zhuangyuan police station.
At first glance, the master looked quite young, looking only in his early twenties, hanging a police rank of one turn and two, but in fact he was more than thirty years old, and he was already in the second battalion when he was in the army, which shocked me very much, although I was not very clear about how the rank change in the middle was changed, but when I stood next to the master and saw his white hair, it also made me deeply understand how difficult and stressful the work of the grass-roots police station was.
From changing from military uniforms to police uniforms, the master's original intention of serving the people has never changed, and he has always implemented the fine tradition of the troops of "obeying the party's command, being able to win battles, and having a fine work style." And now, he does not exude the character of a straight man in the army at all times, and the upright style of treating criminals with envy and hatred is also the way of work that I yearn for.
One of the times I was more deeply impressed, I heard the master tell me that if you are lucky enough to have a certain position in the future, don't put yourself in a high position, this position is not a position at all, but the position is different, don't get rid of the leader's fate and get rid of the leadership's disease, and get away from the masses to engage in official prestige, this is not allowed. There is also that if you go to work at the police station one day, don't be a leader, you must be a good policeman, because the police can deal with the people all the time and do things for them, and that little sense of achievement is not something that leaders can experience. At that time, I thought it was very funny, not that this sentence was funny, but this sentence was not rough, and I felt that the master was very grounded. In my eyes, he is a "three-power" master, shining on me in the process of my learning and growth, and pointing out the direction for my progress.
What are the "three energies"? Ordinary times can be seen, key moments can be rushed out, and critical moments can be open-minded. "Ordinary time can be seen" is the premise and foundation of the "three energy spirit", only when the faith of ordinary time is firm, the business is exquisite, and the work style is excellent, will there be a critical moment, a critical moment to stand up, sacrifice life and forget death, dare to fight and win. Master said that in the past when the country was in turmoil, the public security contingent was able to not forget its duties and missions and fulfill the purpose of serving the people, but now in peacetime, the masses have higher demands on the public security contingent, and we must not only put the masses on the lips, but also take a step earlier in the practice and action in peacetime, so that the actual action is more than the mouth. In his work, the master runs the "people's public security for the people" through the whole process, always adheres to the idea of "taking the people as the center", comes from the masses and goes to the masses, measures the people's feelings with solid steps, warms the hearts of the people with sincere service, solves the problem of the people's "urgent difficulties and sorrows" with heart and soul, and constantly enhances the people's sense of gain, happiness and security.
In the master's office, every day is so neat and unified, his single police equipment is always so neat and convenient in the cabinet, I was curious at first why it was placed like this, and then when the master went out to the police, I saw him very skillfully and quickly put on his own equipment, I understood that the master is always ready to rush out, which is really in response to the key moment to rush out of this sentence, but also suddenly let me realize that some things must be done physically, without saying it with my mouth. The master is very low-key, he actually did a lot of things in the institute, but he was unwilling to publicize himself, always doing things in obscurity, even publishing his own dynamic information on the bureau webpage and saying no, which made me think he was a very down-to-earth person.
Some time ago, in a drug abuse case handled by the master, the suspect who was summoned may have taken too much drug use, resulting in a nervous abnormality, and fled to the mountains with large scissors to resist arrest and hide. Considering the safety of the masses, this person must be arrested, and it must be caught as soon as possible.
The master immediately led the police to stay up late to analyze and judge, and to investigate on the spot, and finally forced this suspect not to dare to continue to hide on the mountain. Less than a few hours after he came down, the master personally led the team to arrest the suspect, and the suspect's next-door neighbors cheered that the police had caught it well. Although it is an inconspicuous thing, I think that in times of crisis, it is a person like the master who can be open-minded.
Before the end of the internship, I asked the master to write the conclusion of the internship, and the master said that if you can tell what the spirit of the "three abilities" is, I will give you an excellent internship evaluation. Although it is a joke, I think that master has indeed taken this "three abilities" into his mind, and he has never forgotten his duties and missions, and has not lived up to the expectations of the party.
