On the afternoon of October 18th, Professor Liu Xiangping gave a special lecture on psychological stress reduction and counseling for all teachers of Shenmu Experimental School of Beijing Normal University - "How Teachers Meet students' psychological needs through active communication". Through vivid and vivid examples, Teacher Liu introduced what an autonomous person looks like and the importance of maintaining one's own psychological boundaries. On the afternoon of October 19th, Teacher Wu Haitao shared the guidance of the development strategy of students with difficulties - "Learning Difficulties and Learning Behavior Disorders of Students's Disciplines", from cultivating students' metacognition and sharing practical metacognitive tools to cultivating and improving the level of metacognitive strategies for students with academic difficulties.
