4. Cut the washed chives into chopped shallots and set aside.

8. Pour the simmered shallot oil directly into the flour in a small bowl, and stir it while pouring to make a puff pastry, which can make the shallot oil cake taste more rich and fragrant.
9. Next, put the dough directly on the case and knead it, arrange it into long strips, and then change the knife to a uniform large dough.
10. Knead each large dough into a circle and roll out into large rectangular flakes about two millimeters thick.
11. Spread the puff pastry evenly on the surface of the dough, leaving a certain gap on both sides and the upper end of the dough.
12. Then sprinkle a little flour on top of the puff pastry, which prevents the flow of the puff pastry and better sticks together.
13. Sprinkle the prepared chives and shallots evenly over the dough.
14. Next, slowly roll up the dough from the bottom, roll it into a large long noodle, and then gently pull the noodles to make its thickness even.
15. Then slowly roll up from the ends of the noodles to the middle, when rolling them to the middle, stack the rolled cakes on top of another piece of cake, and then press hard to form a large cake blank.
16. Then roll out the cake blank to your favorite thickness, if you want to eat a little crispy shallot oil cake, you can roll it thinner.
17. Next, brush the appropriate amount of oil in the electric cake pan or pan, and put the just right shallot oil cake blank into the pot to start baking.
