Finally, under the auspices of the court, the plaintiff and the defendant reached a mediation agreement, and the two parties agreed that the piglet payment owed to the plaintiff Mr. Xu was 45,488 yuan, and 20,000 yuan was paid before October 30, 2017, and the remaining 25,488 yuan was paid before December 30, 2017, and if the defendant failed to pay off the piglet payment on time, it would need to bear a liquidated damages of 5,000 yuan.
However, on 30 October 2017, the defendant still did not perform the effective mediation statement, so Mr. Xu had to apply to the court for compulsory enforcement.
After the case entered the enforcement procedure, the enforcement judge repeatedly contacted Mr. Liu, the person in charge of an agricultural technology company in Sichuan, who was the executor, by telephone to persuade him to fulfill his obligations as an effective legal document, but each time, Mr. Liu said that he had no money. The court went to the bank to inquire about the bank account registered by the person subject to enforcement and found that the bank account also showed no balance.
