　　1. Fault phenomenon

　　The brake pedal travel is too large, the braking effect is slow, the braking efficiency is very low or even lost, and the braking distance is increased.

　　2. Cause of failure

　　1) Insufficient brake oil pressure. (Lack of oil in the brake master cylinder, rupture of the brake line, leakage of the oil pipe joint, blockage of the oil circuit)

　　2) There is air in the braking system

　　3) The free travel of the brake pedal or the brake gap is too large, the friction pad of the brake shoe is in poor contact, the wear is serious or there is oil

　　4) Brake master cylinder, wheel cylinder piston and cylinder tube wear or strain, leather bowl aging damage

　　3. Judgment and elimination of faults

　　1) Continuously press the brake pedal, such as the pedal gradually rising and there is a feeling of elasticity, but after a short pause and then pedal is still very low, that is, there is air in the braking system, then the braking system should be exhausted

　　2) One foot brake is not effective, but the braking effect is very good when pedaling several times in a row, generally the free travel of the brake pedal is too large or the brake gap is too large. The pedal free travel should be adjusted, followed by checking the brake clearance and, if necessary, repairing the brake disintegration

　　3) When pressing the brake pedal, it is not weak and unsinkable, but the braking effect is poor, which is the failure of the wheel brake, such as the brake shoe blade has oil or poor contact, the friction pad is aging, wear, and the brake drum wear is uneven. The condition of the braking technology should be checked and, if necessary, adjusted and repaired.
