Uncle Jiang's storytelling – the legacy storm triggered by the obligation to support

author:Uncle Jiang

There are thousands of worlds, there are no wonders. Many of the things that happen in Allah's reality are more dramatic than Shakespeare's story.

Today, I will listen to my uncle Jiang Jia and talk about the inheritance storm caused by the obligation to support.

Now one of the things that we ordinary people are most concerned about is the house.

Looking at the case of consulting a lawyer on TV, nine times out of ten it is related to the house. The difference is that in each family's home, intricate, love-hate intertwined, strange grudges and hatreds.

Pei Pei (pseudonym) in today's story, in order to inherit the property of his father Dou Mou (pseudonym), confronted Dou Mou's brothers and sisters, that is, her uncles and aunts.

Pei Pei proposed that as Dou's first in line heir, he should inherit all of Dou's property.

But Dou's brothers and sisters said: After Dou divorced, his daughter Pei Pei was sentenced to his ex-wife. Dou Mou later suffered from mental illness and still paid Pei Pei's maintenance fees on time every month. But her daughter Peipei had never seen Dou in the past thirty years, let alone taking care of Dou. Pei Pei did not notify Dou mou when he got married and had children. Dou Mou had never eaten a single piece of sugar or a grain of rice from his daughter Peipei. The most excessive thing is that even the last side of the father Dou Mou, and even the funeral of Dou Mou, Pei Pei,the daughter did not come to attend. What qualifications does such a daughter have to take the inheritance?

The court of first instance ruled that Pei Pei and his uncle and aunt divided Dou's estate equally.

However, Pei Pei expressed dissatisfaction, believing that as the first heir to Pei Pei's estate, he did not need to share the inheritance equally with the second line of heirs.

Finally, under the auspices of the court of second instance, Pei Pei and his uncle and aunt reached a settlement, and the inheritance was basically distributed according to the proportion of the judgment of the first instance.

This told Allah that although most of the matter was to arrange for the implementation of general legal provisions, the Special Cases Tribunal would still consider it as appropriate. When the judge makes a judgment, while enforcing the law, he will also consider the good customs, fairness and justice, and consider the message conveyed by the judgment to this society.

It is absolutely impossible for some people to enjoy only their rights without assuming any responsibility; it is also impossible to exploit the "loopholes" in the law and only look at the parts that are beneficial to themselves.

The reciprocity of rights and obligations is the guarantee of fairness and justice in our society.
