Shao Minglong said that the underground ring road is set up with a monitoring probe every 100 meters to control the internal situation around the clock.
It is worth noting that the fire protection system of the underground ring road is designed to be a dual system, that is, the fire water system and the fire foam system. The general fire fighting facility is only equipped with a water system, and the addition of a foam system to the underground loop is equivalent to adding an insurance for fire prevention.

Among them, there are seven kinds of pipelines in the corridor of Xinluo Avenue, including cables, communications, running water, etc.; the outside of the pipe corridor is directly buried in rainwater pipes, gas pipes, sewage pipes and facility pipelines.
