At 6 p.m. one day not long ago, under the Shuangjing Bridge in Chaoyang District, two men dressed in white walked in the middle of the traffic, they would jog and stop, and they were almost hit several times.
That day, under the Shuangjing Bridge, a woman riding a bicycle turned left when a person behind her stole her mobile phone.
A few days later, the two men came to the foot of the Dashanzi Bridge, also waiting for the traffic light to find the lady riding the bicycle.
When a cyclist crossed the intersection, one of the men succeeded in pickpocketing. After the incident, the mobile investigation corps of the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau combed through the 110 police situation and returned to visit the owner to carry out an investigation.
As investigators looked for the two suspects, a rider dressed in flash delivery costume came into the investigator's sight, the man who did not deliver the goods and specialized in following the lady on the bike.
It turned out that the rider in the flash costume was also a pickpocket, and the investigators found out that he also had an accomplice through the follow-up control. Immediately, the scouts began to follow the four men in two directions.
On August 20, two of them arrived in Jinzhan Township, Chaoyang District, and were caught by investigators just after committing the crime.
Guo Mou and Feng Mou have many pickpocketing records, and because Guo Mou has done flash delivery before, he wants to wear flash delivery clothing to disguise the crime. Two days later, Wang Mou and Liang Mou, who committed crimes under the Shuangjing Bridge, were also arrested by investigators, and at present, Guo Mou and four people are criminally detained by the Beijing police on suspicion of pickpocketing.
