200 g of new ginger
Fruit vinegar 100 g

100 g of water
50 g rock sugar
A few roses
Salt 5 g
1. Wash, control and peel the new ginger.
2. Cut into thin slices along the grain of the ginger, the thinner the better; add a small spoonful of salt and marinate for about an hour.
3. The new ginger will produce a lot of water, squeeze out the excess water with clean gauze.
4. Pour the fruit vinegar, water and sugar into the pot and cook over low heat until the sugar melts; put the cooked sauce until it is completely cool, then add the ginger slices.
5. Put a few roses in the refrigerator and seal for more than 2 hours before eating.
